Terms of Service

Crmb is software for running a service business, including managing clients, scheduling crews, tracking jobs and projects, managing inventory, and creating quotes and invoices. Crmb runs on the same workspace as Punch, our time-tracking app, so punched hours can flow into Crmb’s job costs and reports. Features may change over time.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Crmb offers subscription plans. Plans differ by team size, and every feature is included on every plan.

On iPhone and iPad, subscriptions are auto-renewable in-app purchases sold through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

On the web and Mac, subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel from your account settings.

Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may change. We will give notice of a price change as required, and where you already hold a subscription at an earlier price, that price is preserved as the platform allows. Refunds for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple under its policies. Refunds for web and Mac purchases are handled under our refund practices and applicable law.

You agree not to misuse Crmb. You will not use Crmb for any unlawful purpose, attempt to access another business’s data, interfere with or disrupt the service, reverse engineer or extract source code except as the law allows, or resell the service without our permission.

Your business owns the records it enters into Crmb. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display that data in order to provide the service. You are responsible for the data you enter, including having the right to enter information about your clients and team, and for using it in compliance with applicable law. You can export and delete your data as described in the app and our Privacy Policy.

Crmb relies on third-party services, including Apple, Stripe, and our infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Crmb is a tool to help you run your business. It is not accounting, tax, legal, payroll, or HR advice, and it is not a system of record for legal or regulatory compliance. Calculations such as job costs, margins, and invoice totals are provided to assist you. You are responsible for verifying them and for your own compliance, billing, and tax obligations.

Crmb is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Crmb will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Justyn Gomez will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Crmb will not exceed the amount you paid us for Crmb in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Justyn Gomez harmless from claims arising out of your use of Crmb, your data, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using Crmb and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the effective date above, and significant changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
