From the first call to the final invoice.
CRMb brings your clients, your schedule, your projects, your stock and your books into one place. And because your crew punches in on Punch as they work, the numbers that matter, what a job costs, what you will make, who has room, are real instead of a guess.
- Know what a job really costs while it is still going
- Build the week without the overtime surprises
- Bill for every hour your crew actually worked

Why the numbers are real
Other apps run on what someone typed in. CRMb runs on what happened.
A spreadsheet only knows what someone remembered to enter. CRMb knows what your crew actually did, because they punch in on Punch as they work. So every cost, every hour and every dollar is the real thing.
Everything in one place.
Everything a small team needs to run the work, with numbers you can trust.
Scheduling
Plan the week and see the cost as you go.

How it works.
01
Your team is already here
If your crew is on Punch, they are already in CRMb. Nothing to set up, nothing to import.
02
Plan the work
Build the week, line up the jobs, hand out the tasks, and watch the cost as you go.
03
The numbers fill themselves in
Your crew punches in on Punch, and the cost, the progress and the bill take care of themselves.

Questions
- Do I need Punch to use CRMb?
- No. CRMb works on its own with a simple roster. But if your crew is on Punch, every number turns real automatically, with nothing to set up.
- What does it cost?
- You pay per CRMb user: $39/mo for the first, $29/mo for each one after. Every feature is included. Inventory and Purchasing are a $20/mo add-on you can turn on any time. Start with a free 14-day trial, and your plan takes 25% off Punch for as long as both stay active.
- What is a “CRMb user”?
- It is a person you give CRMb access to — the people who open the app to plan, quote, invoice or run the books. You only pay for them. Your whole Punch crew can keep punching without being CRMb users, and every one of their hours still flows into CRMb's costs, schedules and reports. So a 50-person Punch team might pay for just 10 CRMb users.
- How do the numbers stay real?
- Your crew punches in on site as they work, and those hours flow into the cost, the schedule, the progress and the invoices on their own. Nobody fills in a timesheet.
- Do I have to buy Inventory?
- No. Base covers CRM, scheduling, jobs, quotes, invoices and accounting. Add Inventory for $20/mo only if you track stock — warehouse and truck inventory, purchase orders, barcode scanning and materials on jobs at real cost. Turn it on or off whenever.
- Is it hard to switch over?
- If you already run Punch, your people, pay and job sites are already here. You can be planning the week in minutes.
- Web or Mac?
- Both, and they stay in sync. Use the web anywhere, and the Mac app is the same thing, a little faster, right on your desktop.
