CRMb for print shops and apparel decorators
Know what an order cost you before you invoice it.
Blanks, ink and vinyl are counted in the shop and the stockroom. Setup and press hours are priced onto the order at each person's rate. CRMb holds no artwork, so your proofs stay where you make them.

Blanks and hours both land on the order
Without CRMb, the blanks and the hours on a run are added up after the order ships.
CRMb keeps that count while the work is open. Pull shirts for a run and the stockroom holds fewer. The order is charged your average cost. Hours worked become labor cost at each person's rate.
CRMb does not run payroll and does not close your books at year end. It reads your bank transactions, so what an order spent matches what left the account. Money never moves through CRMb, and your bookkeeper gets a clean export at month end.
Blanks and supplies
Your stock is counted room by room.
Carry a case of shirts from the stockroom to the press and both counts change.
- A reorder point warns you before a blank runs out
- Blanks used on an order are charged at your average cost
- Ink, paper and vinyl are counted the same way

Order cost
Watch the labor cost while the press runs.
An order past the hours you planned shows it before it ships.
- Planned hours sit beside the hours actually worked
- Labor cost and margin move as the order runs
- Every person's hours are priced at that person's rate

Quote to invoice
The quote your customer approved becomes the invoice.
Your terms, the deposit and the pay link come across with it.
- A deposit on a larger order is asked for on the quote
- One tap bills the blanks and ink at your selling price
- A flat price per shirt still shows the blank in your cost

From the blanks on the shelf to the invoice.

Each person is priced at the rate you pay them.
See the margin before the invoice goes out
Every hour on the order moves that number.
The Punch connection
Your crew punches in at the shop.
Punch is the companion time app. The shop is a job site, so a decorator punches in there and lunch comes out of the total. The hours that remain go onto the order at that person's rate.
- Nobody retypes the hours into the order
- Both apps share the same job sites and the same crew
- A paid CRMb plan takes 25 percent off Punch bought on the web
Problems it puts to bed.
You learn an order lost money only after it ships.
Cost and margin are there every day the order is open.
A run stops because the stockroom is out of a blank.
CRMb flags the low count in time to order more.
Ink and vinyl get used and never reach the invoice.
Whoever pulls them puts them on the order, and one tap bills them.
The same blank costs one price in spring and another in fall.
Each supplier order feeds the average your order is charged.
Questions
The ones you are actually asking.
- What happens to a blank once we have printed it?
- Someone puts it on the order. The stockroom count drops and the order takes your average cost. One tap then bills those items at your selling price.
- Does CRMb hold artwork or run an online store?
- No. CRMb has no artwork or proofing tools, no web-to-print storefront, and no press scheduling. Keep your art in Adobe Illustrator, your proofs in the tool you use today, and your online orders in Shopify. CRMb does not track garment sizes either.
- Can I set up an order that repeats on a schedule?
- Yes. You say how often it repeats and when it ends, and CRMb creates the whole series. Your customer gets one confirmation email about the first one. CRMb does not bill it for you.
- What will this cost me?
- Your first CRMb user is $39 a month, and every user after that is $29. Inventory and Purchasing cost another $20 a month. You get 14 days free, with no card. See pricing.
- What if some of my crew does not use Punch?
- A manager types in the hours a person worked, or marks the shift a no-show. Those hours still land on the order at that person's rate.
Stays where it is today: artwork and proofing software, an online store or web-to-print ordering, press and machine scheduling, size breakdowns on each garment, payroll, year-end books.
