CRMb Is on BeardFM's List of iPhone Duo Apps

3 min read

CRMb is on BeardFM's list of iPhone Duo apps. Stephen Robles, who runs beardfm.app, gathered 656 apps whose developers say they are ready for iPhone Duo, from their replies to his posts on social media. CRMb was added on October 25 under Business, listed as "An operations app for your business: clients, schedule, pipeline, inventory, invoices and books in one place."

If you run a business on an iPhone Duo, or are deciding whether to, that list is a good place to start, and CRMb is on it.

What "ready for iPhone Duo" means in CRMb

CRMb 2.0 was built for the Duo before the phone shipped. The same app runs three ways, depending on how you are holding it.

CRMb 2.0 on iPhone Duo, closed: the Dashboard on the outer display, with active jobs, open invoices, labor cost today, projected profit, margin at risk, hours this week, overtime risk, cash on hand and the payroll runway

Closed, it is CRMb on an iPhone. The outer display runs the same app the same way it runs on every iPhone today: the Dashboard's figures, two to a row, with the section's actions beside them.

CRMb 2.0 on iPhone Duo, open in portrait: the Board with To do, Backlog and In progress side by side across the inner display, each task with its labels, estimate and assignee

Open in portrait, CRMb fills the inner display. Three Board columns sit side by side, each task with its labels, its estimate and who has it, and the screen you were on grows the moment you open the phone.

CRMb 2.0 on iPhone Duo, open in landscape: the Dashboard across the whole inner display, with active jobs, open invoices, labor cost, projected profit, today's profit risks and the priority alert, and the section's actions in the toolbar down the right side

Open in landscape, the whole Dashboard is one screen: the figures, today's profit risks and the priority alert side by side, with each section's actions in a toolbar down the side so nothing covers the work.

Partly folded, CRMb lays each screen out around the fold instead of across it. In landscape, card lists go two to a row with one column on each side. In portrait, the section the fold would cut moves below it.

Where to get it

CRMb is on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and Mac, on Google Play for Android, and at crmb.io in the browser. One account works everywhere, and the first 14 days are free with no card.

If you build apps and yours is ready for the Duo, the list is gathered from developers' replies on social media; the page at beardfm.app/duo-apps says how.
